User Agreement

This User Agreement ("User Agreement") is concluded between users of Foundry Expo, its website and mobile applications ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, you should not use the Platform.

Platform Usage

The Company is pleased to share the Platform with you. However, when using the Platform you agree to the following terms:

a. You may only use the Platform for lawful purposes.

b. You cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or publish any content or materials (text, images, video, sound recording, etc.) on the platform.

c. When using the Platform, you must respect the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

D. You must not misuse or damage the Platform or take any action that could compromise the operation or security of the Company's Platform.

to. You must not harass other users or engage in offensive or abusive behavior using the Platform.

a. The platform is free to use. However, some services on the Platform may be paid.

b. The Company reserves the right to change or terminate the services available on the Platform at its own discretion.

c. The Company does not make any guarantee regarding the quality and accuracy of the services available on the platform.

D. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by any service you receive using the Platform.

Processing of Personal Data

a. Your personal data collected by the Company by using the Platform is processed within the scope of the Company's privacy policy.

b. By using the Platform, you consent to the Company processing your personal data.

c. You may not use or share personal data you collect or obtain using the Platform without the Company's written consent.

Changes and Updates

a. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. The last update date of the Contract will be stated in the Contract text.

b. The updated Agreement provisions are valid from the date of publication.

c. By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement terms.

Cancellation and Termination

a. This Agreement may be canceled by the Company or the user at any time.

b. Cancellation or termination of the Agreement shall not affect the Company's rights or obligations under this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

a. In case of any dispute regarding this Agreement, it will first be tried to be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

b. If the dispute between the parties cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by [the courts/mediators/arbitrators where the Company is located].

General provisions

a. This Agreement covers and supplements all agreements and agreements established between the Company and the user.

b. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

c. The legality or invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not affect the validity or legality of the remaining provisions.

This User Agreement determines the entire agreement and the terms of the agreement established between the Company and the user. By accepting this Agreement, you agree to the Company's terms on which you will use the Platform.
